By scheduling a appointment and having a service done by us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Late Clients
Late clients may have to accept a abbreviated treatment to keep the rest of the day on schedule or will risk re-scheduling and paying a late fee. Please call us ahead of time so that a member of staff can help advise you further. |
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment we would require 24 hours notice, this ensures there is enough time given to fill that appointment. failure to do so will result in paying a 50% cancellation fee or losing your deposit . |
Gift Vouchers
Once you have used your voucher for a treatment and the total cost comes up to less than the amount of the voucher, the remaining balance can be used for future use. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.We will not take repsonsibility for any lost / damaged gift vouchers. |
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your nails, please ensure that we are aware of it during the service. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon. |

Nail Aftercare
Please contact us to reschedule a repair, free of charge if you experience the following: breakages / chips/ peeling within 7 days. |
